Your role:
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications France Division, you will help to develop the Group's brand awareness and participate in lead generation activities. Your position will also include a section dedicated to customer services. You will be responsible for the following activities
- Designing and implementing call campaigns: targeted prospecting, lead generation campaign relays, customer services (onboarding), etc.
- Event communication (trade fairs, etc.)
- External corporate communications
- Implementation of communication services as part of customer projects (onboarding)
- Data processing and CRM enhancement
- Business intelligence
You will also be involved in cross-functional projects in the Marketing & Communication French department.
Your profile:
- With at least 3 years' higher education, you have a Marketing/Communications or Business School degree and at least 3 years' initial professional experience.
- Strong organisational skills, an appetite for telephone prospecting and solid communication skills are required to succeed in this role.
- You will have already organised or participated in the organisation of events such as trade fairs.
- You are versatile and self-reliant, have good people skills and are rigorous.
- You will have experience of using a CRM system.
- Fluency in business English is essential.
