AGENA3000 expands its data management optimization business in Canada and the United States, and announces the acquisition of Connectivia (Montreal, Canada).
Connectivia is a division of the TEC (Technology Evaluation Centers) Group based in Montreal and specialized in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Thanks to its 20+ years of experience, Connectivia is trusted by 500 companies in Canada and the United States from all industries: chemicals, agri-food, hardware, furniture, industrial components, pharmaceuticals, textiles, transport, wood and paper, etc.
Through this new acquisition, AGENA3000 accelerates the deployment of its international strategy with more than 3,500 clients. Moreover, this operation strengthens the EDI teams with experienced profiles to meet the current and future needs of French and international clients.
AGENA3000 is firmly focused on the international stage with the ambition of becoming a global player in data management for brands and omnichannel retailing. This acquisition will result in the opening of new offices in Montreal, in addition to other Centaurus Développement Group sites in Cholet, Le Mans, and Tunis.
