The LEA NATURE group, France's leading manufacturer of organic, natural and eco-responsible products, has chosen AGENA3000 to help it comply with the electronic invoicing reform. We would like to thank LEA NATURE for collaborating upstream with our teams in the PDP pilot phase organised by the DGFiP, for which AGENA3000 was a candidate.
Here is what Céline CASTEX, IT Project Manager at LEA NATURE, had to say about thr reform :
What do you think of the postponement of the reform of the general introduction of electronic invoicing until September 2026?
"This postponement is a good thing. It will enable us to organise ourselves better, to anticipate the actions we need to take and not be subjected to the reform."
You have chosen AGENA3000, a candidate for Partner Dematerialisation Platform (PDP) status, to bring your company into compliance for outgoing flows. Can you tell us the main reasons why you made this choice?
"Our partnership with AGENA3000 goes back several years already on EDI flows with our supermarket customers. We now benefit from their excellent support on EDI projects, and we're now counting on their assistance in implementing the reform."
What are the major milestones you have identified for Léa Nature in terms of compliance with the reform?
- 2024: Drawing up an inventory of our data and incoming and outgoing invoicing flows
- 2025: Adaptation of our tools (subject to validated specifications), development, deployment of solutions and testing - Pilot
- 2026: Our Group's ETI companies go live
- 2027: Our VSE-SME Group companies go live
