As part of the development of the Tunis subsidiary, we are looking for an Accountant (M/F) on a permanent contract.

The position is based in Tunis, with the possibility of teleworking.

Your responsibilities:
In your role as Accountant and reporting to Centaurus Global Services, your main tasks will be as follows:

Within the scope of the Tunisian subsidiary (SFT):

- Ensuring accounting management and monitoring invoices (telecommunications, expense claims, etc.)
- Managing payroll elements in conjunction with the accounting firm (variables, withholding tax certificates via ‘TEJ’)
- Acting as the point of contact for the accounting firm, the bank and the Group for all accounting and payroll aspects
- Managing HR administration: attendance file, work certificates, medical documents, trainee management, distribution of luncheon vouchers, insurance, etc.
- Anticipating and managing the administrative needs of the Tunis site.

Within the Group:

- Helping to enter and check payroll variables and sick leave in France
- Calculating commission for sales staff and distributing profit-sharing throughout the Group
- Helping to manage suppliers in France
- Collecting trade receivables in France and Canada.

 

Your profile: 
You have a higher education qualification in accounting or management.
Initial experience in a similar position is required. 
You are fluent in French (spoken and written) and a good level of English would be a plus. You have a good command of IT tools, particularly Excel. 
You have knowledge of accounting and payroll in Tunisia and France. 
You are rigorous, organised and able to analyse and summarise data. 
You have good interpersonal skills and are able to adapt your communication to the people you are dealing with.

 

Contract: Permanent contract - Full-time
Location: In-person in Tunis and possibility of teleworking
Remuneration: Subject to profile
