Your Tasks
Reporting to the Sales Department, you will develop and accelerate direct sales and revenue growth in your sector:

Manage and grow a portfolio of small business (TPE/PME) clients

Be responsible for Cross-Selling and Up-Selling proposals for your clients

Manage opportunities following an internal methodology (SPANCO)

Implement necessary actions to support marketing efforts

Provide suggestions for customer retention and prospecting operations within your sector

Plan your activities independently and update our internal CRM

Ensure weekly reporting
You will stay informed and centralize feedback from AGENA3000’s clients regarding their requests for product developments.
You will monitor the competition, regularly updating the strategic direction team.
You will benefit from personalized support with our tools and methodologies, along with training on our data exchange solutions.
Your Profile
You are a recent graduate with a business degree (BAC+2 to BAC+5) and/or have at least 2 years of experience in selling SaaS solutions.
Autonomy, good interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction orientation, persuasiveness, and rigor are qualities that describe you.
Proficiency in professional English would be a plus.
Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
Location: Based at headquarters and/or remote work
Business Travel: Mainly office-based with occasional travel for business needs
Salary: Fixed + variable (depending on profile and experience)
