Your missions:
Under the leadership of ConsoTrust's Director of Operations, you will support our customers in the adoption and use of our solution in order to contribute to their loyalty.
You will contribute to:

Define KPIs to measure the adoption of the solution by our customers and identify difficulties

Propose action plans to promote adoption of the solution and ensure monitoring and coordination

Setting up the training offer (schedule, speaker, educational content) and providing training to users

Participate in the enrichment of the help center

Ensure the follow-up of SLAs on subscriptions to the solution and report the necessary changes to our application.

Organize customer and supplier call campaigns

Escalate opportunities for editing upgrades, data entry and product shoots
Your profile :
With a minimum of Bac+3 education, you have followed a university education, engineering school, business school or other.
You have listening skills and a sense of the customer in order to understand and integrate all the needs of users.
You know how to adapt in order to be able to quickly integrate your client's operational constraints.
You have pedagogical skills to support and reassure users.
Ideally, you have experience in a SaaS company, Data Management or in supporting business software.
You speak professional English.
Contract: Permanent contract
Location : Attached to the head office and/or homeworking
Remuneration : According to profile and experience
