At AGENA3000, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) (M/F) on a permanent contract to strengthen our Canadian subsidiary and contribute to the growth of our group.

Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Management of Canada, you will contribute to business development with the following tasks:

  • Identify and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social networks;
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team;
  • Create prospecting campaigns and use CRM to track contacts;
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify their interest;
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team;
  • Maintain the CRM and generate reports on your activities;
  • Communicate with the team to ensure proper follow-up on opportunities.

 

Your profile:

With a higher education background in commerce, you ideally have some experience in prospecting, customer relations, or selling SaaS solutions, Data Management, or specialized software. You are proficient in prospecting techniques and CRM tools. You can qualify leads and understand prospects' needs, asking the right questions to turn them into business opportunities.
Autonomous, organized, proactive, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills, you are a good listener, adaptable, and persuasive.
Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, is essential.
