Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Department, you will develop and accelerate direct sales and turnover in your sector:
- You will manage and develop a portfolio of customers, with a high level of activity in the field;
- You will be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling proposals to your customers;
- You will manage opportunities using the SPANCO methodology;
- You will implement the necessary actions to relay marketing actions;
- You will be the driving force behind loyalty-building and prospecting operations in your sector;
- You are autonomous in planning your activity and updating our internal CRM;
- You will be responsible for weekly reporting.
You stay informed and centralise feedback from Agena3000 customers on their requests for changes.
You will keep an eye on the competition and keep strategic management regularly informed.
Your profile:
With a 4/5-year degree in sales, you ideally have at least 5 years' experience in selling digital solutions. As part of your career, you will have successfully managed complex projects. Accustomed to working in multicultural environments, your English is fluent. Experience of selling data management and/or dematerialisation solutions would be a plus.
Autonomy, listening skills, a spirit of collaboration, customer focus, persuasiveness, rigour, reliability, the ability to make proposals and an aptitude for teaching are the essential skills needed to succeed in this role.
You will ideally be based in the Lyon region.
Contract: Permanent contract
Location: Head office in Cholet - Position open to homeworking
Travel : Regional and national
Remuneration: Fixed + variable (depending on profile and experience)
