Your missions:
Under the supervision of General Manager France, you will be responsible for the profitability of the "Operations France" division:

Guarantee customer satisfaction

Manage indicators, in particular the billing rate and Average Daily Rate

Participate in business qualification (GO / NOGO)

Interfacing with the marketing and sales departments to understand changes in customer requirements and transform them into functional guidelines.

Drawing up the roadmap in conjunction with strategic development and the Software Factory.

Manage, organise and unite teams (service managers, consultants, project managers, etc.)

Providing project management for strategic contracts (project management, compliance with contractual commitments, risk management, etc.)

Participating with the sales teams in pre-sales when necessary

Participate in external growth
You will also maintain an ongoing relationship with your customers, listening to their requests and suggesting solutions and services that can be put in place.
In this way, you will contribute to the implementation of innovative and scalable solutions in conjunction with the major players in French and international distribution.
Your Profile:
You have minimum 5 years higher education qualification, or equivalent through validation of acquired experience. You will have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project management and technical team management in the IT sector.
Ideally, you will have already worked in a supplier-distributor environment.
Dynamic, rigorous and with excellent management of your priorities, you have a constant concern for quality and customer service. You have good people skills.
You will also be able to persuade and negotiate successfully.
In addition, you have the ability to arbitrate in the event of difficulties arising during the course of projects.
You practice professional English.
Contract: Permanent contract - Open to teleworking
Location: Head office in Cholet and possibility of teleworking
Business trip: National and occasionally international
Salary: Fixed and variable (depending on profile and experience)
