Your missions:
Under the guidance of ConsoTrust's Director of Operations, you will be in charge of the production intervention to commission, configure, train, modify or correct existing parameters of the solution for ConsoTrust's customers.

Your profile :
Minimum Bac+2 training in computer science with ideally experience in the field of Product Information Management (PIM-type solutions) or in a GDSN context.
You have listening skills and a sense of the customer in order to understand and integrate all the needs of users.
You know how to adapt in order to be able to quickly integrate your client's operational constraints.
You have pedagogical skills to support and reassure users.
You speak professional English.
