Your missions:
In your role as Teleoperator and reporting to the Marketing & Communication France Department, your main tasks will be as follows:

Compiling target lists for call campaigns (customers/prospects)

Making appointments for the sales department

Other types of call according to the needs of the Marketing & Communication department

Follow-up and reporting in the CRM

Enhancing the CRM
Your profile:
-
You have at least 2 years' higher education in sales or marketing

You enjoy making contact with people and are comfortable speaking to them

You are familiar with Microsoft 365 tools

You have a basic knowledge of distance selling techniques

You've already used a CRM
-
You know how to remain courteous in all circumstances

You have a keen interest in IT and new technologies
You speak and write fluent French and a good level of English would be a plus.
You are rigorous, serious and punctual.
You are adaptable to different tools, methods and working environments.
Contract: Permanent contract, full time
Location: On-site in Tunis and possibility of teleworking
Salary: Evaluated according to profile
